PHF Cup was launched to increase regular communication between the academic community and industrial community through close cooperation with designers, universities, and organizations at home and abroad. A key goal will be to internationalize and industrialize the development of design and education. Talented designers will acquire a deeper understanding about the capability of China’s home textile eco-system by transforming original designs into mass production.

Participant Requirement:
Creative Designers’ Studio is expected to recruit 40 students who are award winners in the PHF Cup.
International mentor team: 2 people (pending)
Domestic mentor team: 2 people (pending)

Studio:
Studio has four teams and each has one mentor with ten students. During the 8-day period, students will spend 3 days preparing for artwork under the guidance of their mentor. One day will be for the awarding of prizes, followed by the exhibition’s opening ceremony.

Designers’ studio starts from 23 August 2019 to 30 August 2019 in Yantai Pacific Home Fashion Co., Ltd.

Works finished in Designers’ studio and works selected in the two
exhibitions (over 300 pieces) will be collected, compiled and published by
Wuhan Textile University.

Experts and specialists at home and abroad will be invited to deliver speeches.
